Board meetings are held the second
Sunday of each month in the clubhouse at 7:00pm.
The only exception to the usual time of the meetings is in May due to
Mother’s Day, when the meeting is pushed to the 3rd Sunday at 7:00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
There is always an open forum at the beginning of the meeting to hear any
comments or suggestions by visitors and homeowners. Suggestions may also be
dropped into the association mail slot at the clubhouse beside the
mailboxes.

Committees
There are currently
three active committees
appointed by the Board, the Architectural Review Committee,
the By-Laws Committee, and the Social
Committee:
Architectural Review Committee

- New
construction plus any additions and changes to existing property must
be submitted to CSHA Architectural Review Committee and receive both
committee and Board approval in writing prior to construction. All
applicable town and county codes apply. Submit plans in scale. Plans
must include required setbacks noted and elevations showing heights.
Plans must comply with all CSHA restrictions to be accepted (click
here for Highlights of Restrictions & Rules).

- If
you wish to meet with the committee at their regular meeting on the
second Sunday of each month at 6:30 pm
at the clubhouse, prior arrangements must be made with any committee
member. If no requests are
made prior to the meeting, the meeting will be cancelled.
